In early May we got to host a beautiful gathering curated by our dear friend María Romero of Tintorería.
Chef Vicent Sendra, founder of Paellaway and Lata presented a delectable selection of the best tinned seafood and fish served with fresh bread and crackers, alongside glasses brimming with cava. Meanwhile the big pan of steaming paella was cooking in the middle of the space, and we all gathered around to watch the dish come together.
